We are keenly aware of the sensitivity required when considering any type of asset monetization and can demonstrate that the incentive-based model, as opposed to flat-rate, will soon be the standard in the industry. Under the model we propose, visitors will have a choice as to where they park, how long they stay, how far they walk and how much they pay, among others. Those who choose to pay a fee, employees and some visitors alike will know that in addition to getting a good “spot” or service, a portion of what they pay will also go to a good cause and that their participation helps reduce their carbon footprint each day. We also recognize the added benefit of photo-voltaic/shade structures and other more “mainstream” components for other parking areas, not only their contribution to sustainability and an incentive-based model, but increased LOS. |
