Daniel H. Baldwin – Board of Advisers - President - Birmingham, AL
Daniel is presently the co-owner of ParkRite, Inc., a parking management & consulting company. As an Allright Parking / Central Parking Senior Vice President from 1993 – 2003, Daniel reported to the CEO, was a Member of the Allright Parking Board of Directors and responsible for managing and budgeting a $250 million business enterprise. He directed operations in four U.S. regions with 1,000 parking locations serving the public in 12 states & 23 U.S. cities. His responsibilities included directing Regional & General Managers in business development, contract negotiations, budget matters, client retention, risk management and accountability standards. Mr. Baldwin also directed and negotiated acquisition of real estate parking properties in multiple cities and negotiated purchase of two regional parking companies including integration responsibility. From 1978 through 1992 Daniel served as Allright Parking Regional Manager and Vice President.

Donald Shoup – Board of Advisers - Los Angeles, CA Dr. Shoup is Professor of Urban Planning at the University of California – Los Angeles and is recognized as the world’s foremost authority on parking policy and management. His recently published book, The High Cost of Free Parking, has been praised as a blueprint for better parking management and land use.

Roy Jeske - Board of Advisers - Senior Vice President - Sacramento, CA
Roy has 30 years of experience in parking facility management and planning. He is skilled in client contact, operational review, functional design, cost estimating, revenue/expense analyses, end user issues and asset recapture. Roy’s expertise includes control equipment systems, operational audits, operational pro forma and general parking facility operations. A former Senior Vice President with Priority Parking, Allright Parking Sr. General Manager and System Parking Regional Manager, Roy was responsible for overseeing parking operations in Sacramento, San Francisco, Oakland and Portland.

Cooper Marcus - Co-Founder - San Francisco, CA
Cooper has many years of entrepreneurial experience having founded, funded and sold four successful companies, most recently Spark Park. His experience ranges from textbook retailing to real estate investing. He holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, where he was a recipient of the Top Student Award for Technology & “e” Commerce. Cooper is available to speak at workshops and conferences across the country on topics including cutting edge parking technology, innovative wireless applications and parking as an economic development tool.
